The Terry Fox run raises much needed funds for cancer research. This date is traditionally significant for the Terry Fox Foundation and it was important to Terry that the annual run take place then.

The Terry Fox Run has always been a non-competitive, community-based fundraiser. Please do your run in a safe and healthy manner to a distance you feel comfortable with.

Walkers, runners, cyclists and rollerbladers are all welcome, as well as dogs on a leash.
